Each Sunday, the Santa Barbara
Chapter of the Veterans For Peace is on the beach in front of well-known
Stearns Wharf all day, interacting with the many tourists from all over
the world through a project now called "Arlington West." Arlington West
consists of a small white cross for every soldier killed in Iraq.
